PhonePe Experiences

Place-making through art for the PhonePe Headquarters

In a captivating fusion of ancient Hindu mythology and modern storytelling, I embarked on a creative endeavour to introduce the English alphabet to young readers through an illustrated storybook. From conceptualization to execution, this project allowed me to showcase my versatile skills as an illustrator and designer.

Collaborating closely with the author, I played a pivotal role in shaping the book's vision from its inception. Through a collaborative process, we developed the script, seamlessly weaving each letter of the alphabet into a mythological narrative designed to captivate and educate young minds. I meticulously crafted the character designs, in an attempt to capture the essence of Hindu mythology while infusing them with a unique and engaging visual style.

With the character designs finalized, I illustrated the book's spreads, ensuring each illustration was not only visually appealing but also reinforced the educational aspect of the alphabet. We then assembled the book using Adobe InDesign, while aiming for a seamless reading experience.
